Ratification Vote Schedule for Caregivers Home and Youth Care Workers will be posted on this page.
These meetings will be your opportunity to learn about the tentative agreement, ask questions, and vote on your new Collective Agreement with your Employer.
A NAPE Employee Relations Officer, either David Healey or Trevor King, who both played a lead role in negotiating your collective agreement, will be facilitating the meeting and will be there to walk you through the proposed changes to your agreement and answer any questions that you may have.
Please attend the meeting closest to your home location or wherever is more convenient for you.
Only those who attend the meetings will have the opportunity to vote on the collective agreement.

NAPE is still in various stages of bargaining with the following home care agencies: Tender Loving care, South Coast Home Care, All Care Home Support, Angel’s Touch Home Care, Caring Hands Home Care, Placentia Home Care/Home Sweet Home, and In Home Health Care.
The Union is hopeful that a tentative agreement with the Group of 17 will lead to a speedy resolution to these remaining sets of negotiations.

NAPE has reached a tentative agreement and has voted to accept the agreement for the members employed with the Group of 17. The Group of 17 includes the following agencies:
