ST. JOHN’S, NL– Correctional Officers across the province, who are members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees (NAPE), have voted in favour of ratifying a new collective agreement. Ratification votes took place over the past week.

“We are very happy to see this result which brings a close to this round of public sector bargaining,” said NAPE President Jerry Earle. “I want to thank our members for their patience and support throughout this process as well as the negotiating teams on both sides of the table for their hard work and commitment to reaching a good deal.”
